Hemley

The Hemley company is a child of the economic miracle and the Cold War. It was founded in 1965 and developed splendidly, to the delight of its founders Wolfgang Moese and Hermann-Kurt Schwartz. A few words about the two company founders presented above:
After graduating from the Krefeld Waldorf School, Wolfgang Moese was sent at a young age by his father Erwin, owner and manager of the ASCOT tie company, to the silk metropolises of Lyon and Como so that he could learn the craft of cravat making and foreign languages. He probably learned a lot more, but that’s another story. In any case, after a few years abroad he returned to Krefeld, where he ambitiously completed his textile business studies.
